FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC takes the privacy and protection of the data provided by its users seriously and recognizes the value of their privacy, so we take the necessary measures to ensure the protection of your personal data at all times when you are using the Flowy APP.

For full use of our Flowy App, some personal information is required.

The personal data requested in the Flowy APP forms (name, telephone, e-mail address, etc.) are used for managing, browsing and consulting the Flowy App itself. The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that the database may be fully or partially assigned or transferred to third parties, provided that the sole and exclusive purpose of continuing the activity provided by FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC is respected or if there is a legal obligation to do so. When authorized, FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC may send relevant and specific information to each User about products and services. Whenever a User decides that he does not intend to receive an e-mail, he must mention this fact to FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC, which may be done at the time he receives the e-mail or, later, through the service channels provided by the Flowy APP.

1.1. Data responsibility

The responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered in the Flowy APP is exclusive to the User, therefore, in case the User has provided false information, FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC reserves the right to deny access to the Flowy APP.

The personal data provided by the Users will be processed automatically and incorporated into the automatic files of FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC, which is the owner and responsible for its own files, which, in accordance with current legal regulations, are duly registered.

1.2. Use of data

The automated treatment to which the personal data collected as a result of the request, contracting or use of any product or tool, or any transaction or operation carried out through the Flowy APP (including, for these purposes, those provided by the Users for the publication of advertisements), has as main purpose the maintenance of the relationship established between the Users and the Flowy APP or its owners. The data provided by Users may eventually be used for the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of the use of the Flowy APP by users, for example, by way of example, but in no case limiting or excluding:

In the event that the User has signed up to receive newsletters;

In the event that the User responds to any type of promotion or contest;

1.2.1 Registration and unregistration

The User's registration in the Flowy APP implies their express authorization in favor of FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC to send commercial and/or advertising information to their registered address and e-mail address. Said authorization comprises the sending of commercial and advertising advertising related to the activities and products of FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC and portals related to this Flowy webApp, as well as third parties and their portals. If the User expresses the desire to revoke such authorization, he/she may do so easily and free of charge through the proper revocation link, indicated in the footer of the advertisement, or by forwarding his/her request to support.

1.3. confidentiality

FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC guarantees the confidentiality of personal data. However, it may reveal to the competent public authorities personal data or any other information that is in its possession, that is, accessible through its systems upon request that complies with the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the case. Personal data may be kept in the files owned by FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC, even once the relationships formalized through the Flowy APP have ended, exclusively for the purposes indicated above and, in any case, during the legally established periods, at the disposal of administrative or judicial authorities.

1.4. data transfer

The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that the database may be assigned or transferred to third parties, provided that the sole and exclusive purpose of continuing the activity provided by FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC is respected.

The User who owns the personal data may, at the end of the relationship with the Flowy APP and with FLOWY DATA SOLUTION LLC and in the imitations established in the current regulation, request the cancellation of your account, through the APP Flowy contact form, identifying the following information: (i) the e-mail address with which you are registered in the APP Flowy database; (ii) the password you use to access the Flowy APP; (iii) your contact telephone number, with area code; and (iv) your CPF/MF registration number.

The delivery of personal data through any means established in the Flowy APP implies the express authorization of the User to carry out the treatment indicated in the previous paragraphs. However, if you do not want your personal data provided to be processed for commercial purposes and for the sending of your own advertising or that of third parties in the mentioned sectors, the User may oppose such treatment, requesting the cancellation of the sending of messages, preferably through its own download link, indicated in the footer of the advertising or Alert; through its Management Area if the User is an advertiser or according to another orientation indicated in the advertising footer.
